Messaging Terms
How myFHC contacts you by email and text message, and how to stop it at any time.
Effective September 23, 2026
What you receive
myFHC account notifications are sent by Florida Healthcare Collective to nurses and caregivers who use the myFHC app or the provider portal:
- Shift updates, schedule changes and open shifts at your care sites
- Messages from your team and from FHC
- Credential, document and training reminders
- Security codes and account alerts
If you also chose to receive them, we send job openings and FHC news. That choice is optional and is never a condition of using myFHC or of any purchase.
How you join
You agree to account notifications by checking the box when you create your myFHC account in the app or on our website, or later in the app's Settings. We keep a record of when you agreed and the words you agreed to.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your activity, for example when you're scheduled, messaged or a document is about to expire. Message and data rates may apply. FHC does not charge for these messages.
How to stop, and how to get help
- Reply STOP to any text. You'll receive one message confirming you won't get more texts.
- Turn email or text notifications off in the myFHC app, under Settings.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any news email.
- Reply HELP for help, email info@flhealthcarecollective.com or call +1 (786) 843-7398.
If you stop text notifications you can still use myFHC; you'll see your updates in the app and by email.
